1. Request Account Deletion
If you created a SimplyCado account, you can delete it in the app from Settings, then Account, then Delete Account.
If you cannot access the app or need help with deletion, email [email protected]. Include the email address or Sign in with Apple relay address associated with your account so the request can be verified.
2. What Is Deleted
Account deletion may remove account identifiers, synced profile data, synced nutrition logs, saved foods, recipes, meal templates, product contributions linked to your account, and app data stored in backend systems.
Data stored only on your device can also be removed by deleting the app or clearing local app data where available.
3. Retention
Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, purchase verification, backup integrity, or fraud prevention. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
4. Subscriptions
Deleting a SimplyCado account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel SimplyCado Pro through your Apple account subscriptions.
